GenAI Engineer Jobs in Hyderabad – Generative AI & Agentic AI Role

Sii Poland is hiring a GenAI Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions, mainly for document-based workflows. The role focuses on Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and Python-based backend development.

The engineer will help create AI systems that can process documents, extract information, find relevant knowledge and automate multi-step business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Generative AI and LLM applications.
Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows.
Create document processing and intelligence solutions.
Build RAG systems using enterprise knowledge.
Work with vector databases and embeddings.
Connect AI solutions with APIs and business systems.
Improve prompts, workflows and AI model performance.
Follow security, governance and performance standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years of software engineering experience.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
Knowledge of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
Experience with RAG, vector databases and embeddings.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or CrewAI.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English is required.
