Agentic AI Developer Job in India – Jobgether

Jobgether is hiring an Agentic AI Developer to design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. The role focuses on developing AI applications where LLMs can reason, plan, use tools and complete multi-step tasks with limited human intervention. 

The developer will work on agent orchestration, enterprise API integrations, memory systems, evaluation, security and performance optimization to create reliable production-ready AI solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

Build autonomous AI agents for complex workflows.
Develop multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen or CrewAI.
Implement tool calling and agent workflows.
Connect AI agents with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
Build short-term and long-term memory systems.
Create testing and evaluation frameworks for AI agents.
Improve performance, latency and AI infrastructure costs.
Add guardrails and safety controls to AI systems.

Requirements:

3–7 years of professional software, AI or ML experience.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
Good understanding of multi-agent systems, tool calling and prompt design.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant or Weaviate.
Knowledge of Docker and production software development.
Strong testing, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
