AI Automation Engineer Job in Gurugram – Pramira

Pramira is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to identify business tasks that can be automated and build practical AI-powered solutions. The role focuses on AI agents, automation, RAG systems and integrations with business tools.

You will work with teams across operations, projects, finance and HR to automate repetitive workflows and deploy AI solutions that can be used in day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy AI agents for business workflows.
Develop RAG-based AI assistants for internal teams.
Automate document processing, reporting and other business tasks.
Connect AI agents with Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
Deploy AI platforms using Docker, Linux and cloud infrastructure.
Monitor performance, security and operating costs.

Requirements:

3+ years of software development or automation experience.
1+ year of experience building LLM applications or AI agents.
Strong Python and REST API knowledge.
Hands-on experience with an AI agent framework.
Experience with RAG and vector databases.
Experience with Docker, Linux and cloud deployment.
Good English communication skills.
