AI-Native Trainer Job in India – PRONATIVE AI

PRONATIVE AI is hiring a Fulltime Trainer – AI-Native to train software engineers in advanced AI engineering and agentic systems. The role focuses on practical, hands-on learning rather than traditional classroom training.

The trainer will work with advanced topics such as multi-agent systems, tool calling, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic RAG and production LLMOps. The role also includes mentoring engineers and maintaining practical AI engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead hands-on training programs focused on Agentic AI.
Teach multi-agent architectures, MCP and agentic RAG.
Conduct live coding, debugging and technical workshops.
Mentor developers and review their engineering work.
Help maintain production-focused AI codebases.
Coach and evaluate other trainers.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems.
Experience with AI agents, multi-agent workflows and tool calling.
Strong debugging and live-coding skills.
Previous experience conducting technical training, workshops or mentoring.
Ability to explain complex AI engineering concepts clearly.
