Principal AI Engineer Job in India – Gainwell Technologies

Gainwell Technologies is hiring an AI Engineer, Principal to design, develop and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions for healthcare technology platforms. The role covers machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents and RAG-based solutions.

The engineer will work on AI solution development, model deployment, system integration, performance optimization and MLOps/LLMOps while working with governed healthcare datasets and following industry compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop machine learning, GenAI and NLP solutions.
Build LLM, RAG and Agentic AI applications.
Develop and deploy AI solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
Work with large datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering and model training.
Integrate AI solutions with APIs and existing systems.
Monitor and optimize ML, DL and LLM performance.
Work with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
Support AI automation and workflow improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
2–15 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
Strong Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch skills.
Experience with LLMs, GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph and AI agent frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps and AI model evaluation.
Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, SQL or NoSQL databases.
