AI Trainer (Remote) in India

Hire Feed is looking for an AI Trainer to help improve Large Language Models (LLMs) by creating high-quality training and evaluation data. The role focuses on designing realistic conversations where AI assistants use tools and function calls to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create realistic multi-turn conversations.
Design AI assistant interactions with tools.
Work with function calling and tool usage.
Improve conversation quality using feedback.
Create structured data for AI model training.
Ensure responses are natural, logical and accurate.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Python, Java or JavaScript.
Understanding of AI assistants and LLMs.
Experience with multi-turn dialogue is useful.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to create clear and realistic conversations.
