AI R&D Lead / Founder’s AI Right Hand Job In india

DigeeSell is looking for an AI R&D Lead / Founder's AI Right Hand to explore and build new AI products with the founder. The role combines AI research, product thinking, rapid prototyping and technical problem-solving.

You will test new AI models and tools, build working prototypes, explore AI agents and automation, and help decide which ideas can become real products.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore and test new AI ideas and tools.
Build quick AI prototypes and experiments.
Work with LLMs, agents, RAG and multi-agent systems.
Use AI coding tools to build working solutions.
Test AI models and evaluate their results.
Help define product architecture and technology.
Solve unclear problems through testing and experimentation.
Document findings and help build future AI products.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of AI/LLM systems.
Good knowledge of software architecture, APIs and databases.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI agents.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and experiment quickly.
Startup mindset with strong ownership and curiosity.
Knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is useful.
