Sr AI Engineer Job in Bengaluru – Ecolab

Ecolab is hiring a Sr AI Engineer to lead the architecture and development of production-ready Generative AI systems. The role focuses on building solutions using Large Language Models, multi-agent workflows and embedding-based retrieval.

The engineer will also work with cross-functional teams, define engineering standards and guide a team of associates while delivering scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver production-grade GenAI systems.
Build solutions using LLMs and multi-agent workflows.
Develop embedding-based retrieval solutions.
Guide cross-functional engineering teams.

Lead and mentor team members.

Requirements:

8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Degree in a relevant field.
Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems.
Experience with multi-agent workflows and retrieval solutions.
Ability to lead technical teams and projects.
Good understanding of production AI application development.
