AI Engineer Job in Gurugram – Agentic AI & LLM

PocketPills is hiring an AI Engineer – Agentic AI & LLM Applications in Gurugram. The role focuses on building production-ready LLM applications, AI agents and intelligent workflows that can be used in real-world products.

The engineer will work on agentic systems, RAG solutions, tool calling, AI evaluation and backend services, taking AI projects from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Build AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows.
Develop RAG systems using embeddings and vector search.
Work with tool calling, structured outputs and AI memory.
Create evaluation systems to measure AI accuracy, reliability and cost.
Build production-ready AI services with monitoring and error handling.
Take AI solutions from development through production deployment.

Requirements:

3–6 years of software engineering experience.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
Good knowledge of RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker and cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent workflows.
