Associate AI/ML Engineer Job in Noida – Optum

Optum India is hiring an Associate AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered solutions. The role involves working with LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines and modern AI frameworks while also supporting full-stack application development.

The engineer will work across the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging and deployment. The role also involves building scalable AI applications and integrating different AI models, tools and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML-powered applications.
Build LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines.
Work with agent frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
Integrate APIs, tools and AI models into applications.
Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
Support testing, debugging, QA and production releases.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant AI/ML or AI engineering experience.
B.Tech. or MCA with 16 years of formal education.
Strong Python and AI/ML development skills.
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering and AI agents.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
Understanding of RAG, vector databases, MCP and function calling.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
